Stainless Steel manufacturing has become a large part of Allproof’s business, with more demand coming in every day. To meet these demands, Allproof has set up a brand new division.

We now have a production facility that features a 135 ton steel press and a 3.2 meter guillotine, as well as the required machinery to create a vast range of stainless products. Along with the equipment, a new team focused on working with these projects has been created, combining experience with enthusiasm.

We have already been involved in many large stainless steel projects, ranging from the new Britomart development through to the grandstands & kitchens at Eden Park. At the other end of the scale, custom designs for channel drains in high-end residential homes are also passing through the shop.

We also undertake jobs that require custom modification to existing products, and have dealt with everything from shower trays to display racks.

Allproof has always had a focus on reducing turnaround time and optimising levels of communication at the various levels involved in the production process, so being able to step next door straight onto the manufacturing floor made a lot of sense.
