Slimline

The Slimline System makes on site installation easy – the PVC channel can be cut to suit, and the grates are designed to be trimmed to allow for any final deviation in length. A selection of widths and grates means there will be an option to suit any bathroom.

Vision

For those wanting an all stainless system, the Vision Series allows a high level of finish, with fixed lengths meaning Allproof can hold stock, and reduce costs to the customer. Available in four lengths, and with a variety of grates.

If you want an all stainless system, but have a length in mind that doesn’t fit with the existing options, we can make custom lengths as required. Start by filling in the custom quote form, get it to your preferred merchant, and we can put together a quote for the length and grate you require.

Custom

If you happen to have something totally custom in mind, we can cater to that as well. We specialise in custom stainless linear drainage, and have a fully equipped stainless workshop ready to make whatever you can conceive.

Need something for a Vinyl Floor? No problem at all. Our Vinyl Clamping Channel System will do just that.

Product Installation Guide

Allproof allows custom design and manufacture of grates and channel to suit the specific width, depth, fall and location of outlet.

Runs from up to two meters flat with a press break or fall, or longer runs with a fall built in over the entire length, we can do it.

We have systems in place to make sure you end up with exactly what you want, so please get in touch to let us know your requirements.

Allow for a turnaround of three weeks on any customer order, it may be quicker, but we would prefer to get it right, than rush anything and have problems further into the job.

Finally a linear shower system with the quality of all stainless steel andthe convenience of ready made sizes. At 80mm wide and 30mm deep the vision comes with a center outlet and in four lengths,800mm,900mm, 1000mm and 1200mm.

The channel has a minimum standard height of 45mm overall. Depth can be varied to allow for fall in channel and the minimum width for the standard outlet is 155mm overall. The standard outlet is to suit 50mm DWV pipe.

The Allproof Slimline system provides unique and elegant options for applications such as bathrooms, balconies, courtyards, pool areas, thresholds, car parks, kitchens and driveways. It utilises high quality material including 316 or 304 stainless steel grating and PVC or stainless steel drainage channel options.

The Slimline linear drainage channel means that cross cutting tiles into a central floor waste is no longer required. The system enables the use of a single plane of fall in a tile floor, providing a subtle and visually appealing finish where the large tiles can be successfully integrated. This significantly reduces the set up time required to create the floor levels and install the tiles.

The Slot Drain has a 25mm opening on the top with 20 slits draining into 90mm stormwater pipe. The insert used during concrete installation should be removed once concrete has cured to maximise drainage.

Slot Drain is used for storm water run-off and is also suitable for surface water drainage around garages, pools, driveways, paths, pedestrian and paved areas, courtyards, sporting areas or garden edges.

Special Assembly

Special Assembly is a system that combines Allproof Slimline Grates and PVC channel with spigots at 200mm centres connected via downpipe droppers of varying lengths to achieve fall in the pipe below. This allows the channel to be installed level while drainpipe is given significant fall.

The Special Assembly is an excellent option for pool surrounds, courtyards and large level areas such as pedestrian areas, sporting grounds or car parks.
